The log brace is an item purchased from the Forestry Shop for 3,000 anima-infused bark, as well as 300 noted maple and yew logs. These logs can be bought on the Grand Exchange for 36,900.
It is used to craft the sturdy harness, which is used to upgrade the forestry kit into the forestry basket (alongside the log basket) in order to add the functionality of the log basket to the kit. This is reversible, meaning you will receive the sturdy harness back if you dismantle it, instead of it being a permanent upgrade like the clothes pouch and cape pouch.
