The cape pouch is an item purchased from the Forestry Shop for 2,500 anima-infused bark. This pouch is used on the Forestry kit or Forestry basket with level 99 Woodcutting, allowing the player to store the Woodcutting cape within, to receive the skillcape benefits whilst wearing the Forestry kit instead to save an extra inventory slot.

When used on a Forestry kit or basket with level 99 Woodcutting, a message in the chatbox will state You expand your Forestry kit/basket to be able to hold a Woodcutting cape. If the player does not have level 99 Woodcutting, it will state You need level 99 Woodcutting to expand your Forestry kit/basket with this. When the cape pouch is attached to the Forestry kit, it does not change any interface options. Players can also store both the cape and the clothes pouches in their Forestry kit. To access the Woodcutting cape, use the "View" option.

Unlike the clothes pouch upgrade, the Forestry kit or basket must be equipped to receive the benefits of a Woodcutting cape stored inside; merely carrying it in the inventory is not sufficient.^[1]

Players can sell the pouch back to the shop to get 80% of its cost back (2,000 bark).
