Unfinished beehives are objects that appear during the Beehive Forestry event, in which players must use logs they've obtained from chopping trees to build a new beehive for the friendly bees that appear alongside the bee keeper. The player can use logs held within a Log basket without needing to remove them first. The amount of logs required to build one complete beehive is dependent on the number of active choppers on the tree that helped spawn the event (up to 10 players).

The equation is listed below:

, where L is the amount of logs needed for a complete beehive and x is the amount of active choppers (up to 10, similar to that of the invisible Woodcutting bonus).
