Agitated bees are NPCs that appear when a player chooses the "Release-bees" option on a beehive within a player-owned house.

They will roam around the house, and will occasionally attack players next to them for a red hitsplat of zero. When the player is attacked, they may exclaim one of the following phrases:

• Aah!
• Not the bees!
• Ouch, that stings!

• The phrase players yell when attacked, "Not the bees!", is a reference to the 2006 horror film The Wicker Man, a remake of the original 1973 film.
