Evil Bob is an evil cat who lives in ScapeRune, and he is also the mirror opposite of Bob the cat.[1] He wears an amulet of humanspeak, which is how players are able to converse with him without the need for a catspeak amulet.
Evil Bob is also a random event that can appear and teleport players either to his island or his prison in ScapeRune, which resembles the Falador Party Room. He also made an appearance in the 2015 Christmas event, taking Anti-Santa to ScapeRune where he imprisoned him, and during Another Cook's Quest, where he interrupted the council meeting to take away Osman.
Island
A player completes the random event, taunting Evil Bob as he leaves.
When sent to Evil Bob's Island, players have to catch cooked fish and use them on the nearby uncooking pot to uncook them for Evil Bob. A servant will give you hints as to what to do to put Evil Bob to sleep. If the player feeds Evil Bob a fish from the wrong side of the island, he will watch them closer and the player will have to uncook more fish to escape.
Successfully completing the fishing event will grant 650 Fishing experience or 650 Magic experience. If the player has an unboosted Magic level of 51+, it's a 50% chance of being Magic XP, otherwise it's Fishing XP (so as to avoid ruining pures).[2] After the player is teleported to their original position, they are prompted with the message: "You feel somehow that you've become better at Fishing/Magic."
A hidden Easter egg can also be seen by using any cooked food item on the uncooking pot found on the island.
The event can be left at any time by using the portal, this however grants no rewards if Evil Bob is not asleep yet.
Prison
When players are sent to the prison with Prison Pete, they have to pop specific balloon animals in order to escape.

Trivia
Several lines of dialogue are references to the 1967 TV series The Prisoner.
There is currently a glitch that takes place at the island where your inventory will disappear along with the fish you catch on the island. Simply log out, then log back in to finish the event.
Evil Bob is seemingly referred to in the great blue heron's dialogue when attempting to feed it cooked fish. If attempted, the heron will refuse it, claiming that it knew a cat that once mastered uncooking and was actually a nice person. Seeing how the player has to uncook cooked fish in ScapeRune, the heron is likely referring to Evil Bob.
Attempting to use cooked food from outside the Island random event on the uncooking pot will result in a message saying that the player's Uncooking level is not high enough to do that.
