Molly is the good twin in the Evil twin random event. She is a tiny room connected to a larger room with a crane control panel. Molly changes her hairstyle, hair colour, clothing, clothes colour and even eye colour with each event. Her gender and skin tone remain the same.

During the event, Molly asks the player to capture her evil twin sister among the suspects, who she claims has been damaging her name by doing evil deeds. Molly will return the player only when they have captured her evil twin sister, who has identical hair and clothing. Once Molly's evil twin is captured, the player can return to Molly's room and speak to her again. She will return the player back to where they were before the random event began and reward the player for their help with 1-5 uncut gems up to diamond.

If it is difficult to find the correct evil twin, attempting to leave the room through the door will cause dialogue with Molly that will show her chat head, which will provide some information to help find the evil twin.

If you catch the wrong person two times, Molly will teleport you to somewhere in Gielinor, such as Rimmington. A full list of locations she can teleport you can be found on the Evil twin page.

Logging out will not remove you from the event. Likewise, since this is not members content, if you got teleported into the random event from a members area and then hop worlds to a non-members world to complete the event, you will be teleported to Lumbridge instead of your original location and get the message "You were unable to be returned to your previous location."
