The Royal frog skirt is given along with the Royal frog blouse from Thessalia in the Thessalia's Fine Clothes. It is obtained when a player is given the Kiss the frog random event. When a player completes it, they are rewarded with a Frog token. This token can be cashed in for either a frog mask, a royal frog tunic and royal frog leggings set, a royal frog blouse and royal frog skirt set, or a lamp.

This item can be stored in the fancy dress box of a costume room, as part of the Frog Costume set. Ultimate Ironmen will be unable to retrieve individual pieces until the full set is stored.
