A Control panel is used during the Evil twin random event to capture Molly's evil twin and put her in prison. It works similar to the controls of a real-world claw machine:

The arrow buttons are used to move the evil claw, each click on an arrow will move the claw one tile.
The red button in the lower right corner is used to try to grab someone with the claw.
