The royal frog blouse is given along with the royal frog skirt from Thessalia in the Thessalia's Fine Clothes. It is obtained when a player is given the Kiss the frog random event. When a player completes it, they are rewarded with a frog token. This token can be cashed in for either a frog mask, a royal frog tunic and royal frog leggings set, a royal frog blouse and royal frog skirt set, or a lamp.

This item can be stored in the fancy dress box of a costume room, as part of the frog costume set. Ultimate Ironmen will be unable to retrieve individual pieces until the full set is stored.
