The Mountain Dwarf, real name Austri, is a member of the Lumbridge Secret Council and chief guard of the White Wolf Mountain dwarven colony. He is the son of Rohak.
In Recipe for Disaster, he is frozen in time by the Culinaromancer, and the player must free him with a dwarven rock cake. Outside the quest, he is named Austri, but this name does not appear during Recipe for Disaster.
