Rohak is an old dwarf who lives under White Wolf Mountain. He can be found by going down the stairs in the house that is east of White Wolf Mountain/north-west of Taverley or by going down the stairs in the house that is just north of Catherby and then going through the tunnel.
His son, Austri, is one of the council members trapped when Aris freezes time in the Recipe for Disaster quest. Rohak plays a major part in the dwarf part of the quest. Even when compared to other dwarves, Rohak is very short. He is named "An old Dwarf" when the player first meets him in the quest, but his name changes to Rohak after he tells the player his name at the end of the first conversation with him.
He sells dwarven rock cakes for 100 coins each after the subquest is complete. Note that you will need gloves to pick it up; using ice gloves will immediately cool down the rock cake. However, Telekinetic Grab can be used to put it in the inventory.
After buying a rock cake Rohak will cook it on the fire and place the cake on the table next to him. The rock cakes do not stack so be sure to pick up the cake prior to purchasing another.
