Jonny the Beard is a notorious mass murderer and pirate captain[1] who can be found in the Blue Moon Inn in southern Varrock. He came to Varrock from Port Sarim to meet with the Black Arm Gang; those who wish to join the Phoenix Gang during the Shield of Arrav quest must kill him and bring the intel report he drops to Straven.

He can only be attacked once the player is tasked by Straven to kill him, and he permanently disappears after the quest for those who killed him.
