Elsie Parks[1] is an old woman knitting a stole for Father Lawrence upstairs in the Saradomin church in north-east Varrock. She is Iffie's sister and the wife of Fred Parks.
If you bring her a cup of tea, she will tell you a story of Dissy and some misfit followers of Saradomin who went down to the Zamorakian chapel (in south-east Varrock) and painted "Saradomin pwns" on the wall. The Dissy she refers to is in fact the Wise Old Man of Draynor Village, whose true name is Dionysius.

Trivia
- The names "Iffie" and "Elsie" are a reference to "if" and "else" statements used in programming.
