Historian Seth Minas is a Varrock Museum employee and can be found on the 1st floor, near the staircase. When you talk to him about the quests you have completed, you earn kudos and fill some of the empty exhibits.
Quest list
Minas will reward the player with kudos after completing certain quests that reveal in-game lore (5 kudos for each quest except Curse of the Empty Lord which grants 10 kudos). He will give a 1,000 experience antique lamp (for any skill over level 20) after each of the quests Shield of Arrav, Merlin's Crystal, and Making History. He will also give a 5,000 experience antique lamp (for any skill over level 30) after the completion of Defender of Varrock, and a 10,000 experience antique lamp (for any skill over level 50) after Curse of the Empty Lord.
