Iffie Nitter[1] is an old woman knitting in Thessalia's Fine Clothes store in Varrock. She featured in the 2021 Halloween event, during which it was revealed she used to adventure. Iffie is Elsie's sister, and the mother of Thessalia.

Trivia
- The names "Iffie" and "Elsie" are a reference to "if" and "else" statements used in programming.
- Her surname, Nitter, is a pun, due to the fact that she knits.
- As "iffy" is also a word meaning of dubious quality, her name may imply she is not good at the knitting she does.
- Iffie was involved in the 2021 Halloween event, during which she joins the player in pretending to be a ghost to scare Oziach.
- Iffie had a festive override during the 2023, 2024, and 2025 Christmas events.
