Estate agent (2021 Halloween event)

During the 2021 Halloween event, an estate agent tries to sell the Edgeville Monastery to Oziach.

The estate agent has minor appearances in the 2021 event. Early on while Oziach stays to admire the monastery for a while, the estate agent returns to his office. Later on in a cutscene, the estate agent returns to the scene briefly when he hears Oziach shouting about "ghosts". The estate agent then returns to his office once more.

Players can talk to the estate agent before the first cutscenes, however he'll exclaim to be busy talking with Oziach.

• The estate agent seems to be interested to acquire a rune platebody, and asks Oziach if he could get one. Oziach responds that normally such thing is reserved for slaying a dragon for him, but he can make an exception once Oziach would move in to live at the monastery.
• He can be seen pretending to be a ghost to Oziach, who is afraid of ghosts.
