Sunlight antelope antlers are obtained from hunting sunlight antelopes (requiring level 72 Hunter) in the far east of the Avium Savannah.

It is used to upgrade a hunters' crossbow to a hunters' sunlight crossbow with level 74 Fletching, as well as be used to create 12 sunlight antler bolts per antler with level 62 Fletching. Both products require having a chisel.
