Vanguard Judgement appears on the ground upon defeating the Vanguard within the Chambers of Xeric. Players can pick up the book to receive their own copy of the Judgement of the Vanguard, which can then be stored in and retrieved from a bookcase built in the bookcase space of one's player-owned house.
