Tetra are a type of inedible fish that are offered at the mysterious altar in the Ruins of Camdozaal, granting 10 Prayer experience.

Tetra can be obtained by preparing a raw tetra on the preparation table whilst having a knife. Preparing tetra requires level 33 Cooking and grants 31 Cooking experience when successful. Players may ruin the tetra during preparation, resulting in a ruined tetra; the chance of failure while preparing these will decrease as players reach higher Cooking levels.

Tetra stop being ruined at 61 Cooking. However, players can reduce this to level 54 Cooking if they purchase the Preparation buff from Ramarno's Shard Exchange for 2500 Barronite shards.
