The Preparation Table is a table found near the fishing spots in Camdozaal.

Players can use it to prepare guppies, cavefish, tetras and catfish, granting some Cooking experience. After being cooked, they can be offered on the nearby altar. Preparing fish requires a knife, and one conveniently spawns nearby.

Preparing fish

Players can offer various fish at the altar in exchange for cooked guppies, cavefish, tetras, and catfish, which can all be fished in Camdozaal. Offering fish grants Prayer experience which varies depending on which fish is offered.

Preparing fish takes 4 game ticks by default. A form of tick manipulation can be done by repeatedly clicking the preparation table every 3 ticks and selecting a fish to prepare from the menu, which reduces the number of ticks to prepare a fish down to 3 ticks. Alternatively, one can drop all of their fish next to the preparation table, pick one up, click the preparation table, then when experience is given in Cooking for preparing the fish another one can quickly be picked up and the table can be clicked again. This can also prepare in 3 ticks and doesn't require navigating an additional menu.
