A red cape is a cosmetic cape worn by players during a game of Soul Wars. The cape, alongside a red icon, are automatically equipped by players in the red team upon the start of a game, and cannot be unequipped. Attempting to remove the cape will display the message You can't remove your cape while playing Soul Wars. When a game of Soul Wars ends or the player leaves the tutorial, both the cape and icon are removed from the player.

Nomad can upgrade the player's Soul Wars capes with ammunition saving effects when Ava's devices (or their max cape variants) are used on him.
