- According to the Varrock Census, Phearthee Levalsyx is the name of the Mugger who resides in the city.
- His name is a pun on "Fear the level six", a reference to his level and the fact he is aggressive and will harm new players.
- During the 25th Anniversary event, the mugger in south-east Varrock was removed as so to not interfere with players doing the event.
