The anima portal is used in Desert Treasure II - The Fallen Empire where this portal can redirect Lost Souls in the Shadow Realm to attack it instead of the player. This action occurs when placed far from the chest within the throne room at Lassar Undercity. Players can pick this up either by going back to the Shadow Realm (Lost Souls will be redirected to attack the player if doing so), or by using the blackstone fragment and its recall option.
