The rosewood & cotton sails schematic is a lost schematic that must be read in order to unlock the ability to build a rosewood mast and cotton sails for a boat.

The schematic is obtained by using a small key to open the lockbox on Brittle Isle.

The key can be obtained by digging at the location on Charred Island. Without the key, the player will instead obtain a set of lockbox directions hinting at the key's location.

Because of its location, the schematic requires a Sailing level of 81 to obtain and cannot be boosted.
