The lockbox is a locked chest found on Buccaneers' Haven, which requires level 76 Sailing to dock at.
Attempting to open it without the corresponding small key will give the player a set of directions instead, giving players a hint to the location of the small key needed to unlock the lockbox: On the Tear of the Soul, dig directly between the longest straight line 'tween two pieces of green.
The small key can be obtained even if the player never obtained the lockbox directions; upon opening the lockbox with the small key, players are given the eternal brazier schematic.
