The lockbox is a locked chest found on Brittle Isle, which requires level 81 Sailing to dock at.
Attempting to open it without the corresponding small key will give the player a set of directions instead, giving players a hint to the location of the small key needed to unlock the lockbox: On Charred Island, trace the seaweed up north, then walk six paces east and six paces north. However, the text mistakenly directs players east when it should be west.
The small key can be obtained even if the player never obtained the lockbox directions; upon opening the lockbox with the small key, players are given the rosewood & cotton sails schematic.
