The lockbox is a locked chest found on the Shimmering Atoll, which requires level 49 Sailing to dock at. However, the small key needed to open is is found on the Isle of Bones, which requires level 56 Sailing to dock at.
Attempting to open it without the corresponding small key will give the player a set of directions instead, giving players a hint to the location of the small key needed to unlock the lockbox: On the Isle of Bones, dig on the beach, but not on a rock, and not next to nor in line with any bones that they've dropped.
The small key can be obtained even if the player never obtained the lockbox directions; upon opening the lockbox with the small key, players are given the rosewood hull schematic.
