The crevice is an Agility shortcut found in the Kalphite Lair. An Agility level of 86 and completion of the Desert Elite Diary is required to use the shortcut. The shortcut connects the entrance of the lair to the entrance of the lower level which contains the Kalphite Queen.
The player can also use the listen option to check if there are any adventurers inside the Kalphite Queen's Lair. If someone that has been there left the lair, it will instead inform the player how long it has been empty since the last player left.
