The rocks are an Agility shortcut found in the Arandar mountain pass. At different locations along the mountain pass, the shortcut comes in three difficulties: easy, medium, and advanced. In order to use each difficulty of the shortcut, the Agility level required is 59, 68, and 85, respectively. All three shortcuts also require the completion of the Regicide quest. The shortcut reduces the length of the path between Tirannwn and the Western Provinces.
Climbing over the advanced shortcut is a requirement for the elite tier of the Western provinces achievement diary.

Trivia
- All three instances of the shortcut share the same objects, despite their different Agility level requirements. This means that the game likely checks the player's location when determining the level requirement for the shortcut, rather than having different objects with separate requirements.
