The cave is an Agility shortcut found in the tunnel underneath The Hollows. It requires an Agility level of 93 to pass through. Initially, access is blocked by a sealed wall in the Meiyerditch Laboratories, which requires level 78 Mining to clear. Attempting to enter the cave prior to clearing the sealed wall will provide chat dialogue stating that it needs to be unblocked from the other side. Both level requirements can be boosted.
Once cleared, the shortcut allows for quicker access to the Morytania Blood Altar.
