The crumbling wall or rocks is an Agility shortcut found in the Gu'Tanoth. An Agility level of 71 and completion of the Watchtower quest are required to use the shortcut. The shortcut connects the eastern gate of Gu'Tanoth to the centre of the ogre city, allowing for easier access to Keef and the city guards.
