The cave is an Agility shortcut found in the Meiyerditch Laboratories. An Agility level of 93 is required to pass through. Initially, the western shortcut is sealed off by rocks, which require level 78 Mining and a pickaxe to clear. Both level requirements can be boosted. Once cleared, the shortcuts allow for quicker access to the Morytania Blood Altar from the tunnel underneath The Hollows.

Completion of Darkness of Hallowvale is required to use the Agility shortcut.
