The gap is an Agility shortcut found at Wintertodt. An Agility level of 60 is required to use the shortcut. The shortcut connects the north-west and north-east corners of the Wintertodt arena. Using the shortcut grants 18 Agility experience.

Players can set a "motionless" training method, requiring no camera rotation or mouse movement. If a hitpoints cape or regen bracelet is equipped warmth will regenerate faster than it is depleted as long as four pieces of warm clothing are worn, therefore no food is required.
