The rocks are an Agility shortcut found in Wyrmscraig that leads to Ardeaglais, the island's cathedral. An Agility level of 54 is required to use the shortcut.
To use this shortcut the rocks at the top must be mined, with access unlocked during the Fallen From Grace quest.
