The Weird Old Man is an insane man who can be found outside the northern entrance to the Kalphite Lair.

A quick way to reach the Weird Old Man is by using the nearby fairy ring BIQ.

Treasure Trails

Weird Old Man is the solution to the hard cipher clue: ZHLUG ROG PDQ. He will require the player to solve a challenge scroll asking the question: SIX LEGS! All of them have 6! There are 25 of them! How many legs? The answer is 150.
