Barrage spells

Barrage spells are the strongest group of multi-target damaging Magic spells in the Ancient Magicks, and the strongest spell set overall. These spells hit up to nine targets in a 3x3 square area.

Barrage spells are often used for efficient magic training. By stacking many enemies in one tile in multicombat areas, players can continuously hit the maximum of nine enemies at once and gain large amounts of experience per cast. This is usually done on Maniacal monkeys and certain Slayer tasks, where it also provides a high rate of Slayer experience.
