Fire Surge is a fire-based surge spell in the standard spellbook, requiring level 95 Magic to cast. As an offensive combat spell it can only be cast on attackable NPCs, or other players in a PvP situation.
It is the strongest fire spell in the game, and the highest-level combat spell in the standard spellbook.
Damage
Fire Surge has a base maximum hit of 24. As with all combat spells, this is increased based on the player's magic damage bonus.
As a fire-based spell, Fire Surge's maximum hit is also increased against targets that are weak to fire.
