Enchant Crossbow Bolt (Sapphire) is a bolt enchantment spell that requires a Magic level of 7 to cast. It imbues 10 sapphire bolts each cast and turns them into sapphire bolts (e) or 10 sapphire dragon bolts into 10 sapphire dragon bolts (e). The enchantment gives the effect Clear Mind. Each bolt has a small chance of draining and siphoning some of your opponent's prayer to you based on their Ranged level.
