Enchant Crossbow Bolt (Topaz) is a bolt enchantment spell that requires a Magic level of 29 to cast. It enchants 10 topaz bolts into topaz bolts (e) or 10 topaz dragon bolts into 10 topaz dragon bolts (e). The enchantment gives the Down to Earth effect. This gives the bolt a chance of lowering the opponent's Magic level, but only works on other players.
