Ice Rush requires a Magic level of 58 and can do a maximum of 16 damage (without any magic damage boosts) per cast.

Ice Rush can freeze targets, causing them to become unable to move for 8 ticks (4.8 seconds).

As with all Ancient Magicks spells, the quest Desert Treasure I must be completed to cast this spell.

It is the weakest of the Ice spells, and is, therefore, not used very often.
