The revenant ork is a type of revenant that inhabits the Revenant Caves, which is a PvP-enabled area that is part of the Wilderness. Like all revenants, they can restore their health when it falls below 50% and will react to a player's protection prayers; wearing a charged bracelet of ethereum will reduce all revenants' damage by 75%.

The Salve amulet can be a good option for killing revenants due to the damage bonus it provides while being easily replaceable, as PKing in the Revenant Caves is extremely common.

Whilst on a revenants Slayer task, there is a 1 in 1,173.26 chance of rolling the unique drop table when unskulled and a 1 in 645.26 chance when skulled. When this table is rolled, there is a 2 in 5 chance of receiving an amulet of avarice and a 1 in 5 chance each of receiving a weapon. The boosted on-task rates do not apply to a ghosts Slayer task.

Changes

Date	Changes
25 March 2026 (Update)	Revenants and the Revenant Maledictus will no longer invalidate Iron accounts from obtaining loot if another player attacks those NPCs. The Iron account will still only receive a drop if they are the MvP (player that dealt the most damage).
25 June 2025 (Update)	Revenant ork's heavy Ranged defence has been decreased from 140 to 110. Revenant ork's stab defence has been decreased from 148 to 118. Revenant orks now have a 30% elemental weakness to air spells.
27 October 2021 (Update)	The revenant ork's respawn time was decreased from 41 ticks (24.6 seconds) to 27 ticks (16.2 seconds). The revenant's drop table was readjusted again. An additional spawn was added for each revenant. The revenant's healing mechanics were rebalanced.
13 January 2021 (Update)	Revenants were made into spectral creatures.
21 October 2020 (Update)	Increased amount of Revenants in the cave, and spread them over the entirety of the cave Combat zones modified to "singles-plus" - players can still fight revenants, but they can be attacked by another player while fighting them. Being skulled has less impact on drop rates A dwarf multicannon can no longer be set up anywhere within the caves
6 August 2020 (Update)	Bracelet of Ethereum damage reduction lowered by 25% for a total of 75% damage reduction. The average value of the revenant drop table been reduced by around 20%.
1 March 2018 (Update)	The magic attack of the Revenants will now target several players at once. Up to 10 players stood on the same tile as the main target will be targeted with the magic attack. The chances of rolling on the normal loot table have been increased slightly.
21 February 2018 (Update)	Reduced overall value of revenant drops Dwarf multicannons can no longer be placed within the Revenant area of the caves
26 January 2018 (Update)	Increased the likelihood of landing on the normal loot table instead of coins. Removed some lesser valuable drops and increased quantities of regular loot. Tweaked various weightings across the normal loot table and all 100x drops have been removed. Added Ancient Statuettes to the drop table.
30 November 2017 (Update)	Revenants now correctly play their correct defend animations. The Slayer gem will now log kills of Revenants.
