A goblin potion is a transmogrification potion made during Land of the Goblins by using an unfinished toadflax potion with Pharmakos berries. The potion, usable only within the Goblin Cave and Goblin Temple, will transform the player into a goblin. This potion is also used in Hopespear's Will.

The potion's effects will wear off if "in direct sunlight", the player wears something other than a goblin mail, teleports, or if the player attacks something. It requires 47 Herblore to make the 3-dose potion and yields 55 experience.

After drinking the potion, an interface opens to prompt players to select their appearance as a goblin.
