Blue goblin mail is made by using blue dye on a goblin mail. Like all goblins mail, it is too small for players to normally wear as armour.

It is used during the Goblin Diplomacy quest, along with an orange and un-dyed goblin mail with Generals Bentnoze and Wartface fighting over what colour they prefer.

During the Land of the Goblins quest, the player can turn into a goblin using a transmogrification potion and wear the blue goblin mail in order to access the Ekeleshuun tribal room of the Goblin Temple.
