Goblin Village is the main settlement of goblins in Asgarnia. The Goblin Village is ruled by two generals, General Bentnoze and General Wartface, whose differences cause the village to fall into conflict and its inhabitants to attack each other. The only entrance to Goblin Village is from the south, along the path that runs from the gate to Taverley. To enter the village, take the path north of Doric's hut.

Several transport options bring players into or close to Goblin Village, listed here with their arrival destination. From closest to farthest:

• Goblin Village teleport sphere — a random part of the village.
• Balloon transport system — Taverley, south-east of the village.
• Falador teleport — Falador square, well south of the village.
• Taverley teleport tablet or teleport to house — POH portal in Taverley. Requires a POH in Taverley to use.
• Mind Altar teleport — Mind Altar east of the village. Despite seeming close, it's a very long walk around to the village.

The following lore is sourced from the goblin symbol book, The Legend of Arrav, dialogue with Aris, and Goblin Diplomacy.

Goblins have a long history of fighting, but the ancestors of Goblin Village brokered a peace treaty in the Fourth Age. However, less than 10 years ago, the previous leader of the village died during a game of "pin the tail on the basilisk," resulting in General Bentnoze and General Wartface taking over as the new leaders. Coming from different tribes - the Thorobshuun and Garagorshuun respectively - the two frequently butt heads over trivial things such as goblin armour colours, causing in-fighting between the goblins of the village. This conflict endured until an adventurer helped resolve it during the events of the Goblin Diplomacy quest.

Compared to other towns or villages is quite empty. The only resource it has is the masses of goblins that roam about the village, decent for training on as a low level. A permanent fire can be found in the middle of the village, along with several dead trees in the northern part, and evergreen trees in the southern part.

The largest and northernmost building contains General Bentnoze and General Wartface, who are constantly arguing. In the eastern building there is a dungeon entrance leading to the Goblin Village kitchen, which contains a goblin cook who tends to burn things. After the Goblin Generals subsection of that quest is completed, there will be a large hole in the floor and roof of that building.

There is also a cave on the west side of the village where players may run a timed sledding course. Players will find Scrubfoot at the end, crashed into the wall. The cave was not part of the village's original release, and was instead added in 2020 after the Christmas event.

• Grubfoot, a peace-loving goblin that wants to end the fighting.
• Mudknuckles, a cook that has a penchant for burning things (including himself).
• Scrubfoot, a goblin spy.
