Blue dye can be obtained from Aggie in Draynor Village in exchange for 2 woad leaves and 5 coins, or from Ali the dyer in Pollnivneach in exchange for 2 woad leaves and 25 coins. It can also be purchased from Oronwen in Lletya, Guinevere in Prifddinas, or Xochitl in Tal Teklan.

Blue dye is mainly used in the Goblin Diplomacy, Land of the Goblins, Ghosts Ahoy and Mourning's End Part I quests. Blue dye can be used with a black cape (or any other colour) to create a blue cape. It can also be used to turn a black robe into a blue robe.
