A crystal ball on a table can be found inside Aris's tent in Varrock Square.
During the quest Demon Slayer, Aris uses the crystal ball to tell the player's fortune, with a special animation where she interacts with the ball on the table. Otherwise the crystal ball is just a piece of decorative scenery.
