Armoured zombies are level 82 undead found invading Varrock Palace during the Defender of Varrock quest. They are engaged in combat with the palace guards, and will not attack the player unless attacked first.

Unlike the variant found in Zemouregal's Base during the same quest, these zombies have no drops other than bones. Attacking them is not required to progress the quest.

Being an undead creature, all variants of the Salve amulet will have their undead bonus apply when attacking armoured zombies. However, when using multitarget combat styles, the effect only applies to the targeted zombie.
