Verac's flail from Last Man Standing is a minigame-exclusive variant of the normal Verac's flail. It can be obtained from opening chests with a bloody key or bloodier key, or by looting the crates that spawn at random locations on the map. On death, it is dropped to the player who killed you. Unlike the normal version of the flail, the Last Man Standing version does not degrade.
