Ranalph Devere is one of the three long-dead warriors alongside San Tojalon and Irvig Senay that are required to be killed to collect a piece of the heart crystal for the Legends' Quest. He is hostile until you kill him to obtain the lump of crystal, but you can still attack him afterwards and he will fight back. He attacks with melee.
