There is one oak tree located directly behind the boat schematics in the Shipyard. It is physically accessible by players but can only be examined, unlike all the other trees on the island. It is similar in appearance to regular oak trees.

The non-interactive tree was likely added to avoid placing clickable scenery behind the boat schematics in a position that would be inconvenient for players to misclick when trying to open the boat customisation interface.
